Using the Data Windows Options command, you can change data window options including the number of columns and rows that display data, the type of column notation used for a data sheet, the display of grid lines, and the type of trigonometric calculations used.
Step 1
Choose Data Window Options (Data menu) to display the Data Window Options dialog.
Step 2
Under Data Sheet Size, change the number of columns and rows that display calculated data.
Step 3
Under Data Grid, turn on the Vertical and Horizontal check boxes to specify vertical and/or horizontal grid lines for the data window.
Step 4
Under Column Notation, select C1R1 to display column IDs as numbers or A1 to display them alphabetically.
Step 5
Under Trig. Calculations, select Degrees to display all data sheet trigonometric calculations in degrees, or Radians to display them in radians.
Step 6
Under Eval. Empty Cells, select As Zeros to calculate empty cells using a zero value, or select As Blanks to exclude the empty cells during calculations.
